 The Common Area Maintenance Committee will be responsible to oversight of the mowing contractor and ensuring all common areas kept clean, mowed, and free of debris. The committee will also be responsible for planning and improving flowerbeds and other landscaping as new projects arise. The committee will host as needed, clean-up days to remove trash and debris that has accumulated in common areas. Any resident may volunteer to help with clean-up.

 The purpose of the Community Events Committee is to foster a sense of community within Shire Lea through an array of social events which may include, but is not limited to: holiday events, seasonal festivities, community garage sales, etc. The committee will be responsible for developing, planning, and participating in social events that bring the community together throughout the year. It will meet quarterly, or as often as reasonable and necessary.

 The purpose of the Compliance Committee is to oversee and act on known Compliance issues and violations to our SHIRE LEA VILLAGE DECLARATION OF CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND EASEMENTS. Enforcement will be handled with proper protocol and will be done with diplomacy and fairness and in a consistent manner. Special circumstances will be considered in all issues. Lot owners, Builders and Homeowners will be the focus of compliance. Owners of Lease/Rental units are responsible that their tenants abide by said Compliance guidelines. Non-Compliance by renters will lead to possible penalties for absent owners. Volunteers to the Compliance Committee will assist in reporting and resolving compliance issues by accepted methods.
